For orders below this threshold, standard shipping rates start at $7.99 USD. Expedited and Express shipping options are available at additional costs, clearly displayed during checkout.
5. International Shipping & Customs Duties
For international orders:

6. Order Tracking & Notifications

7. Address Accuracy & Order Changes
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@lumeors.com—we can only make changes if your order has not yet been dispatched.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to initiate an investigation.
- Stolen Packages: We are not liable for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. For high-value orders, we recommend selecting a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:
- P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding companies (unless specifically approved)
